At Lilobaby, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains your rights and how to request a return, refund, or exchange.


1. Returns

  • You have the right to return most products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • To start a return, please contact us at contact@lilobaby.shop with your order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Car seats and opened baby gear.
  • Personal care products.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items purchased on clearance marked as final sale.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • If you need to exchange a product, please email contact@lilobaby.shop before sending it back.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
