At Lilobaby, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery times, and related matters.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery (if available at checkout): 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address.
  • Free standard shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount (as displayed during checkout).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this number to track your order directly with the courier.

6. Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply to resend the package.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • For lost or missing packages, contact us at contact@lilobaby.shop and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. Click & Collect (if applicable)

If you wish to collect your order directly, please contact us in advance at contact@lilobaby.shop to arrange pickup.
