At Lilobaby, we are proud to be an authorized retailer of Nuna products. All Nuna products purchased through our store are covered by the official Nuna manufacturer’s warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Nuna provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated by Nuna).
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Lilobaby.
2. What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects.
- Faulty parts or workmanship under normal conditions of use.
- Repair or replacement of defective products at Nuna’s discretion.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage due to failure to follow product instructions.
- Fabric fading or deterioration caused by cleaning, sunlight, or general use.
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
4. Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Nuna product is defective:
- Contact us at contact@lilobaby.shop with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the defect.
- Our team will review your claim and guide you through the warranty process.
- If approved, Nuna will either repair or replace the product as per their warranty terms.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the item needs to be returned for inspection, customers may be responsible for initial shipping costs.
- If the warranty claim is approved, Nuna may cover repair or replacement shipping.
6. Legal Rights
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods within a reasonable time.
